How to make “Nama-Caramels”

Hanabatake Farm is one of famous farms in Hokkaido. Their “Nama-Caramels” are very very famous these days and very very very hard to get because it is always sold out!

So, I made it myself.

*** ingredients ***
fresh cream: 100 cc
ingredient A:
- milk: 100 cc
- sugar: 40 g
- honey: 40 g
- starch syrup: 40 g
- butter: 20 g

*** recipe ***
1. Cook ingredient A on low heat until it turns brown and thickens.

2. Add fresh cream little by little. (separate 100 cc to 3 - 4 times)

3. Cook 2 on low heat until it thickens and you can see the bottom of the pan.

4. For checking, drop a small amount of 3 into cold water. If the caramel gets hard, the time is right!
5. Pour 3 into suitable dish and cool off!

6. Cut and eat it ;)

It’s very yummy!!! (^x^)
